Our conveyorized line can accommodate parts up to 41” Wide, 67” tall and 12 foot in length. We can process parts up to ½” thick steel and up to 225 lbs.

Tru-Coat uses quality powder from such vendors as Tiger Drylac, Axalta, TCI and Akzo Nobel.

Our processes include a five stage wash system, Gema Optiflex spray guns – both manual and automatic.
